How It Works

How does Clarity Audiology work? It's actually very simple. 

Step 1: Sign up for Clarity Audiology.
You'll be given a username and password to access your account. As a registered user, you'll have access not only to Clarity's line of amplified phones and accessories, but unique marketing tools and resources.

Step 2: Choose the right ALD for your patient and place an order.
When you have a client who is interested in purchasing one of Clarity's amplified products, discuss their needs to determine which product is right for them. Simply check the box next to the product your patient needs and click "Checkout."

Step 3: Pay--and get paid.
Paying for your order by credit card is simple and secure through Google Checkout. Enter your patient's shipping information and voila!: the product will ship directly to your client. Additionally, an invoice is printed that you can hand to your patient. You get your money, the patient regains their independence and you have taken the first step to firmly establishing a relationship that may last a lifetime.

What about returns? They're simple too.

Step 1: Accept the return from the patient and refund their money.
Your patient will bring the product back to your office. You'll simply log into your account, where you can select the order and mark it to be returned for credit. Type in the tracking number from the prepaid label in your welcome kit and the reason for the return. Then, refund the client's money.

Step 2: Get your refund and return the product to Clarity.
Next, affix the prepaid shipping label and the "Clarity Audiology Return for Credit" sticker to the box and ship it back to Clarity. Once Clarity receives the package, we will process a credit through the Google Checkout system.

It's that easy. No technical support or troubleshooting required!
